The origin of the Konjac Sponge:

The Konjac sponge or "Amorphophalus" Konjac is a plant harvested in the forests of Southeast Asia. This tuber belongs to the same family as ginger and ginseng. It is an essential root of soft and natural medicine.

She has been an important part of the daily life of Japanese women for more than 2000 years. First of all, used for the babies' toilet thanks to its ideal softness for the sensitive skins, it is then quickly adopted by all.

Which Konjac for which type of skin?

Different types of clays are added to konjac flour to adapt it to different skin types and concerns.

Face:

  • Black Konjac Sponge: Enriched with bamboo charcoal, it is particularly suitable for combination to oily skin, prone to imperfections.
  • Sponge Konjac Aloe: Enriched with aloe vera powder with softening and soothing properties, it is suitable for dehydrated skin or weakened by the sun.

Body  :

Sponge Konjac Body Aloe: Enriched with aloe vera powder with softening and soothing properties, it is ideal for the toilet of young children but also the greatest!

The ritual :

To remove make-up, an essential to have a clean and healthy skin and fight against skin aging.

At first, moisten your sponge under warm water long enough to make it soft and fluffy.

Step 1:

Use the sponge to remove excess of the Akane Organic Purifying Cleansing Oil. Contrary to popular belief, oil makeup removal is perfectly suited to all types of skin, it can self-regulate the natural production of sebum.

Step 2:

Rinse the sponge with lukewarm water, then apply Akane Fresh Cleansing Gel to the sponge. Massage to lather by gentle, circular movements.

Step 3:

Rinse the sponge and dry it in the open air by suspending it with the rope. It is used 2 to 3 months!
